Sandyford currently only offers appointment-only services. Please book ahead before attending clinic.
To reduce queuing and ensure a more efficient experience, many of our locations are operating a self check-in system. You will see a poster with instructions and a QR code to help you check-in successfully. Once you have done this or if you require any assistance, please take a seat and a member of staff will be able to help when they have finished in the clinical rooms.
When requesting an appointment if you have a Learning Disability you can now request a "Double Appointment time ". This will allow you time to ask questions and make sure you understand what is being said.
People failing to attend appointments accounted for as much as 29% of allocated appointments at some clinics last year. This unfortunately negatively impacts those waiting for appointments, and means an increase in waiting times for those who do wish to attend.
If you can no longer attend your appointment, or you need to reschedule, please either manage your appointment via our Online Booking portal (if this is how you booked it originally), or call us.

Please note: In line with NHS GGC policy, we offer patients 2 reasonable appointments. If you cancel both of these, we will not offer you a 3rd appointment option. In this circumstance, you will need to be re-referred by your GP to the service.
